EGAW Payments is our answer to the question every new merchant asks: "How do I accept payments on my website without hiring a developer?" Instead of connecting your own Stripe or Flutterwave account (which you can still do with our Bring Your Own Payment option), EGAW Payments handles the checkout on your behalf.
When a customer buys from your shop, we process the payment through our verified payment partner and deposit your earnings directly into your account on a schedule you choose. A small, transparent service fee is added to the customer total at checkout so your product prices stay exactly as you set them.

How It Works
The experience is designed to be simple:
- Build your storefront on everyonegetsawebsite (free to start)
- Upgrade to Pro or Ultra to unlock EGAW Payments
- Accept the EGAW Payments terms and set your refund policy
- Complete verification through our payment partner (Flutterwave handles KYC)
- Start selling. Your customers pay at checkout and you receive your funds on your chosen schedule
Transparent Pricing
We believe in honest, predictable pricing. Here is how fees work with EGAW Payments:
- A 1.5% service fee is added to the customer total (your prices stay the same)
- The fee is capped per order so it never gets unreasonably high
- Free items are never charged a fee
- You absorb the standard payment gateway processing fee (the same fee every business pays to accept cards)
The service fee covers payment processing facilitation, fraud protection, dispute management, and platform maintenance. It is clearly shown to your customers at checkout as a separate line item, so there are no surprises.
Flexible Payouts
Your money should not be locked away. With EGAW Payments, you choose when you get paid:
- Weekly payouts every Monday
- Monthly payouts on the 1st (recommended for smoother cash flow)
- Immediate payouts as soon as possible after delivery confirmation
Your Shop, Your Responsibility
EGAW Payments makes accepting payments easy, but you remain in control of your business. You set your prices, manage your inventory, fulfil your orders, and handle customer service. You publish your own refund policy (displayed at checkout) and are responsible for honouring it.
We provide tools to help with tax calculation, order management, and dispute evidence. But the relationship with your customers is yours.
Already Have Your Own Provider? Keep Using It
If you already have a Stripe or Flutterwave account and prefer managing payments yourself, our Bring Your Own Payment (BYOP) option remains fully supported and completely free of platform fees. EGAW Payments is an additional choice, not a replacement.
When Is It Available?
EGAW Payments is currently in development and will launch first in supported African markets. We are finalising the integration with Flutterwave and building the merchant onboarding experience. If you are already on everyonegetsawebsite, you will see the option appear in your dashboard settings when it is ready for your region.
